Chief Executive Officer and Owner
Todd Sternfeld is a pioneer in precast concrete. As a founder of the company he is responsible for pioneering and developing the Superior Product line. His vision was instrumental in firmly establishing Superior as an industry leader in the Southwest and in guiding our expansion throughout the United States. Today, Todd focuses on national sales and international licensing of our molding, equipment and business systems, as well as new product development.
Todd’s 30 years of leadership in the pre-cast concrete fence business has given him the knowledge to expand Superior’s products and lines of business. Todd works with Superior’s management team in guiding the business as it continues to evolve and grow successfully into the future.
Kyle Wilson – Email
Vice President of Operations
Kyle Wilson oversees construction operations of the Superior Concrete Products. With over 28 years working for the company, Kyle is well versed in all aspects of the business and extremely dedicated to the continued success of our construction operations. Prior to his current position he was Vice President of Manufacturing and Plant GM.
Kyle has been an integral part in shaping Superior Concrete Products and displays the leadership strength to maintain Superior as a leader in the industry.
Raul Rodriguez – Email
Vice President of Manufacturing, Quality Control & Product Development
Raul Rodriguez has served as our factory manager since 2006. He previously worked in the automotive industry for 16 years and served as Production Supervisor for Delphi (Delnosa). Raul became Business Unit Manager for Valeo and continued in the same capacity with Alps Automotive (Alcom). With 17 years of management experience, Raul has contributed to the exceptional quality of our products and our innovative manufacturing process controls. Raul brings a strong and inspiring perspective that has maintained a high level of Superior Success.
Raul holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering from Universidad Valle del Bravo and has further expanded his education by acquiring ACI and NPCA certifications.
Michael Taylor – Email
Vice President of Finance and Administration
Michael Taylor has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing, construction, and financial services industries. He has held various accounting and human resources leadership positions for companies including ClubCorp FMC, SignTech USA, and Dover Inc.
Michael has a strong marketing background in the service industries that has accelerated the growth of the company.
Michael is an alumnus of Baylor University of Waco, Texas.
